Our parent company, CHG Healthcare Services, was once again named to Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list! CHG ranks No. 16 for the second year, and this is the sixth consecutive year it has appeared on the list, which recognizes companies with exceptional workplace culture.
Fortune’s “100 Best” list — for which hundreds of companies apply each year — requires an anonymous employee survey and in-depth questionnaire about programs, benefits and practices. Applications are evaluated based on a company’s credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
“As a team that focuses so much on culture and the CHG core values, we couldn’t be more excited about being on the list for six years in a row. Go us!” says Bill Heller, president of RNnetwork.
CHG is recognized for its people-friendly culture and innovative benefits, including a free onsite health center, paid time off to volunteer, company-sponsored employee network groups, a PTO “gifting” program and even a compassion fund.
